چکیده

This work aimed to investigate the effects of curcumin (Cur) encapsulated in triblock copolymer nanomicelles on lncRNA GAS5 expression and NF-κB signalling pathway ischemic stroke rats. Using polycaprolactone (PCL), polyethylene (mPEG), polyglutamic acid (PLG), Cur as raw materials, Cur-PLG-mPEG-PCL nanoparticles were prepared. Its morphology, particle size, Zeta potential analyzed. Then seventy-two SD rats randomly divided into control (Ctrl) group, model + blank (M BNM) +80 mg/mL C) +40 Cur-nanomicelles CNM (40 mg/mL)) nanomicelle (80 group. The results showed that mean size was (148.27 ± 27.44) nm, (−1.97 0.21) mV. evaluation time intelligent optimization algorithm based Single Shot MultiBox Detector (SSD) significantly shortened, average EEG power spectrum cerebral pawns lower than group at θ, α, β, γ bands for 4h (p < 0.01). These indicate computer can be used evaluate behaviour rats, reflect changes cortical function, improve neurological function degree brain injury.

Attenuating of NF-Κb/VCAM-1 Expression in Middle Cerebral Artery Occlusion (MCAO) Model by Viola Odorata: Protection Against Injury Ischemia- Reperfusion Injury in Rats

Background: The death of neurons and cerebral edema are the main consequences of stroke. However, inflammatory processes play a key role in aggravating cerebral damage following stroke. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of Viola odorant extract (VOE) on infarct volume (IV), neurologic deficits (ND), and expression of NF-κB and VCAM-1 in the MCAO model. Method: The animals we...

NF-κB signalling in cerebral ischaemia

In acute stroke, neuronal apoptosis and inflammation are considered to be important mechanisms on the road to tissue loss and neurological deficit. Both apoptosis and inflammation depend on gene transcription. We have identified a signalling pathway that regulates transcription of genes involved in apoptosis and inflammation. In a mouse model of focal cerebral ischaemia, there is an induction o...

Neuroprotective Effects of Chrysin Mediated by Estrogenic Receptors Following Cerebral Ischemia and Reperfusion in Male Rats

Introduction: Ischemic stroke is one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Neuroprotective strategies were reported to attenuate cognitive deficits after ischemic incidents. Here we studied the neuroprotective potential of chrysin in a rat model of cerebral Ischemia/Reperfusion (I/R) in the presence or absence of Estrogen Receptors (ERs). Methods: Adult male Wistar rats w...

Neuroprotection by triptolide against cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury through the inhibition of NF-κB/PUMA signal in rats

Triptolide, an active compound extracted from the Chinese herb thunder god vine (Tripterygium wilfordii Hook F.), has potent antitumor activity. Recently, triptolide was found to have protective effects against acute cerebral ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury through inhibition of cell apoptosis. However, the regulatory mechanism of the effect remains unclear. We hypothesize that the regulatory...
